Everything changes when Fodé Thiam, the star of Racing Paris, delivers a violent headbutt to his coach, before calling him a “dirty toubab.” To manage the crisis, club president François Marens calls on the Kairos Conseil agency, which includes Sam Berger, a talented communications specialist. Marie Kinsky, Sam’s former friend and rival, exploits the situation by stoking the flames of identity-based divisions.

To stem the escalation surrounding the Fodé affair, Racing and the Kairos agency must take action, particularly in response to the decolonial collective “La Boucle,” led by the charismatic Kenza Chelbi.
