A terrible fire, which claimed 25 lives, all from the Chinese community, sets off a murderous vendetta that brings Khan into the investigation. The 25 fire victims worked at a plant operated by three partners. One of them has been murdered by a mysterious man wielding a sword and wearing the mask of a secret Chinese society.
A long-standing debt to a former British Intelligence agent who once saved his life poses a stiff challenge to Khan as to how to beat the police to a solution to an elaborate $7 million diamond heist pulled off by a helicopter-flying gang.
