Zoya Ahmed, Niharika's opposing lawyer, joins forces with Akshay's firm, Jaitely and Associates, while conspiring to destroy Niharika and regain Jinglepur Industries as their client. A series of events leads to Dushyant's arrest, putting Niharika in a difficult situation.
