Edwina is frustrated by Zac not having time for her due to working so many jobs. The pair find some time to be together when Edwina accompanies Zac on a delivery. Coral is struggling to find both a new job and place to live as she and Belinda both say their goodbyes to friends. Marty returns from the farm to surprise Belinda.

Marty and Belinda face the prospect of a long-distance relationship. Coral is brought to tears by Maurie's glowing letter of reference. When Lisa is diagnosed with Mumps, Dean goes on a hygiene frenzy but Neville is the one who gets sick. Hopper ends his friendship with Daniel and informs him of Coral's plans to leave town. Belinda changes her mind about leaving Echo Point. Holly tells Marty about his mother's final moments. Daniel threatens to take Coral to court if she takes Belinda away from him. Rae interprets Holly's nightmares as her fear of getting married.
